Step into the world of 3D design and elevate your creative projects with expert guidance. This intermediate workshop is perfect for those who have completed an Intro to 3D Printing session and want to explore modelling, rendering, animating, and printing techniques.
Each session offers hands-on experience and the chance to bring your digital creations to life using library resources. Whether you’re a hobbyist or looking to develop new skills, this club nurtures your passion for 3D design.
Come ready to learn, create, and connect with fellow enthusiasts in a supportive environment.
The 3D Design Club runs every two months on the first Tuesday, from 17:00 to 19:00. Sessions for 2026 are scheduled on May 5, July 7, September 8, and November 3.
Attendance requires prior completion of an Intro to 3D Printing workshop. Each session repeats the same content, so you can join multiple times for practice.
Please note that 3D printing time is limited to the two-hour workshop window. Bookings are essential and open about one month before each session.
The workshops take place at Lionel Bowen Library, located at 669-673 Anzac Parade, Maroubra.
