This all-ages workshop invites families to connect with cosmic stories and cultural heritage in a fun, hands-on way. Led by costume designer Keerthi Subramanyam, participants will craft unique pieces inspired by the performance A Swell of Stars.
The workshop encourages imagination and community spirit, culminating in a celebratory procession to mark the opening of Powerhouse Parramatta. It’s a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to bond over creativity and storytelling.

The workshop runs from 7 to 28 November, daily from 10:00 to 16:00, with standard drop-in sessions available except on 7 and 8 November when booking is required for the opening weekend. Participants can bring their wearable art creations to join the procession on 28 November.
