What to Expect

With sessions held across various locations in Wyndham including Point Cook, Truganina, Hoppers Crossing, Werribee, and Wyndham Vale, families can easily find convenient venues close to home.
Activity Details
The program runs from Saturday 4 April to Friday 17 April 2026, with daily sessions typically between 9:00am and 5:45pm. Activities include "Come and Try" sessions, holiday camps, and ongoing sports training opportunities. Many sessions require pre-booking through the Humanitix system, with free entry to most activities.
Participants should arrive 10 minutes early for registration and be prepared with appropriate clothing, footwear, and water. The program is child-safe and encourages a positive, inclusive environment where kids can try new sports and make friends.
Parents are asked to book only if attending and to cancel bookings if unable to attend to allow others to participate. Some activities have age restrictions and may require a parent or carer onsite for children under 16.
Location and Access
Activities take place at multiple venues across Wyndham including Heathdale Glen Orden Reserve, AquaPulse, Saltwater Community Centre, Penrose Promenade Community Centre, Dunnings Rd Reserve, Flip Gymnastics, Eagle Stadium, Presidents Park, Tom Roberts Reserve, Mossfiel Reserve, Fortitude Drive Athletics Track, and others.
Most venues are accessible by car and public transport, with facilities suitable for children and families. Detailed session locations and times are available on the booking platform.
Important Information
This is a free program supported by Wyndham City and community providers. Sessions may be subject to weather changes, and updates will be communicated to registered participants.
Photography and video recording during sessions are not permitted to ensure child safety. Parents should inform coaches of any medical conditions or special access requirements prior to participation.
The program promotes inclusivity and safety, with a focus on fun and active engagement for all children.
Booking and Prices
All activities are free to attend, though some holiday camps may have fees. Booking is essential for most sessions and can be completed via the Humanitix platform starting 7 days before each session.
Participants will receive confirmation emails with tickets that can be added to digital calendars and wallets for convenience. Waiting lists are available for fully booked sessions.
For cancellations, participants should use the Humanitix e-ticket management system at least 3 hours before the session to free up spaces for others.
