This is the second session in the ADHD webinar series, focusing on emotional regulation and relationship resilience. Tony Vallance will guide participants through practical approaches to handle emotional outbursts effectively.
The session is free and suitable for parents and carers of young people aged 12 to 20, with young people encouraged to attend as well.
The webinar is delivered in partnership with Boroondara, Knox, Maroondah, and Yarra Ranges councils, ensuring a community-focused approach.
