The programs are tailored to different age groups: 4-7 year olds will enjoy a friendly introduction to footy through NAB AFL Auskick, while 8-12 year olds will develop their skills with NAB AFL Superkick, all in a supportive and pressure-free setting. Each participant takes home a NAB AFL Auskick or Superkick footy as a memento of their fun day.

Programs typically run for one day, from 09:00 to 15:00, varying slightly by location. Qualified AFL staff with Working With Children checks and First Aid training deliver the sessions, ensuring a safe and caring environment.
