This engaging experience transforms the world around you into a fun digital game, perfect for school-aged children eager to explore and learn. Whether visiting environment centres or exploring on your own, the app offers a unique blend of education and entertainment.
During the summer school holidays, try the new 'Mammal Mystery Mission' at Osprey House, where kids can discover the secrets of local mammals and earn prizes.
- Download the free Agents of Discovery app from any app store.
- Select and download a Mission such as Explore Kumbartcho Discovery, Osprey House Discover, CREEC Moreton Bay Shorebirds.
- Begin your adventure at an environment centre by loading the first Challenge question.
- Follow the map to uncover more challenges at your own pace.
- Stick to designated tracks and watch for native animals along the way.
- Create a login to track your rewards and progress.
- Complete Missions to collect gifts at environment centres during opening hours.
This activity is available throughout the Moreton Bay region at various environment centres including Osprey House and others. You can enjoy the Missions even when centres are closed, making it flexible for families to participate anytime.
The app is accessible on smart devices and requires downloading before visiting the centres. Follow local signage and stay on tracks to ensure safety and protect wildlife habitats.
Please ensure your device is fully charged before starting your Mission. The app requires a smart device with internet access to download Missions but can be used offline once downloaded.
