Enjoy a welcoming and inclusive environment at the Mike Barnett Sports Complex where adults of all abilities can engage in a variety of sports and movement activities. This program is specially designed to accommodate different support needs, ensuring everyone can participate and have fun.
Each week brings a new activity, ranging from soccer and basketball to fun movement games. The focus is on enjoyment, physical activity, and making connections, with no pressure or competition involved. Whether you’re experienced or new to sports, all are welcome.
