Move, groove and have fun in an inclusive Zumba session designed to welcome people of all abilities! This adapted dance fitness class offers modified movements and options to support a range of physical, cognitive and mental health needs, so everyone can participate at their own pace. Whether you love to dance or are simply keen to get moving, come along, have some fun and enjoy the positive benefits of movement, music and connection. No dance experience necessary!
