What to Expect
The All Girls Program offers a welcoming and relaxed environment designed especially for girls aged 15 to 24. It’s a perfect place to chill out, meet new friends, and feel supported while trying new activities. Whether you're interested in self-care, yoga, or learning valuable life skills, this program has something for everyone.
Each session blends guided activities with plenty of social time, encouraging participants to share their ideas and help shape the program’s future. Delivered in partnership with Holstep Health, it’s a safe and inclusive space where young women can build confidence and explore future pathways.
Walk-ins are welcome, so there’s no need to book in advance—just come along and join the fun!
Activity Details
Sessions run weekly on Mondays from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, starting on 27 April 2026 and continuing through to 22 June 2026. Each session lasts two hours, providing a balanced mix of structured activities and free time to socialise.
The program is free of charge, making it accessible to all young women in the community. It’s ideal for those looking for a supportive space to relax, learn, and connect with peers.
Participants can expect activities such as yoga, self-care workshops, life skills development, and discussions about future opportunities. The program encourages active participation and values the input of all attendees.
Location and Access
The program is held at Broadmeadows Youth Central, located at 33-37 Pearcedale Parade, Broadmeadows, VIC 3047. This central location is easily accessible by public transport and offers a safe, youth-friendly environment.
Broadmeadows Youth Central is equipped with comfortable spaces for group activities and socialising, making it an ideal venue for this program.
Parents can feel confident that their daughters are in a supportive and well-managed setting, with experienced facilitators from Holstep Health.
Important Information
The program is designed for girls aged 15 to 24, providing age-appropriate activities and support. No prior experience is needed to join.
Walk-ins are welcome, so there is no requirement to book ahead, offering flexibility for busy families.
