Attendance is free, but bookings are essential to secure a spot due to limited capacity. Each session requires a separate booking, and participants must be library members, which is free and easy to sign up for online or at any branch.

The event takes place at the Lionel Bowen Library located at 669-673 Anzac Parade, Maroubra. The library is a community-friendly venue with easy access and facilities suitable for families with young children.
Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended to allow time for check-in and to ensure the session starts promptly. Due to space limitations, it is advised to leave prams at home if possible.
