Baby Bounce is a lively 30-minute early literacy session designed especially for very young children. It’s a wonderful opportunity for babies to explore language through simple stories, rhymes, and songs that everyone can join in.
The sessions include singing and playing with simple musical instruments, which helps develop your baby’s motor skills and confidence in a joyful environment. It’s also a great chance for parents and children to socialize and connect with others in the community.
All families are warmly welcomed to participate in this inclusive program.
Each Baby Bounce session runs weekly on Fridays from 10:30am to 11:00am. Sessions are not held during school holidays or on public holidays, ensuring a consistent schedule during term time.
The program is free to attend, making it an accessible and valuable resource for families looking to support their child’s early language development.
No prior booking is required, but arriving a little early is recommended to settle in comfortably.
The sessions take place at the Keysborough Community Hub, located at 10 Villiers Road, Keysborough. This venue is family-friendly and easily accessible by public transport and car.
There is ample parking available, and the community hub offers a welcoming space designed to support young families.
If you require additional assistance to participate, the Greater Dandenong Libraries team encourages you to get in touch to discuss your needs.
Please note that Baby Bounce sessions do not run during school holidays or on public holidays, so plan accordingly.
The program is suitable for babies and their parents or carers, providing a safe and supportive environment for early learning.
