Becoming parents changes much more than routines and sleep; it transforms how you communicate and share responsibilities. Baby Makes 3 is a relaxed, supportive program designed especially for first-time parents to help you adjust to life with a baby as a team.
This interactive yet easy-going workshop welcomes babies, so both parents can attend comfortably. Facilitated by trained male and female co-leaders, the sessions create a balanced and welcoming environment.
Pizza and snacks are provided, so you can simply come as you are and focus on building a respectful, supportive partnership.
The workshop runs over two friendly morning sessions on Saturdays, 2 May and 9 May 2026, from 09:00 to 11:30.
You will learn how to have clearer, calmer conversations about sharing care and household responsibilities, and build habits that support your partnership.
The sessions are designed to give you time and space to feel more like a team as you navigate this important transition.
The workshop takes place at Coolbellup Hub, located at 90 Cordelia Ave, Coolbellup WA 6163.
The venue is equipped with accessibility features, including in-map voice and accessible colour choice, ensuring a welcoming environment for all attendees.
If you require these features, please ensure they are switched on for your visit.
This program is free and open to first-time parents with babies.
Babies are welcome to attend with their parents, making it easier to participate without childcare concerns.
The sessions are facilitated by experienced co-leaders to provide balanced support for both parents.
Pizza and snacks are provided during the sessions.
