Activity Details

Each session runs for 30 minutes, starting promptly at 11:00 AM every Wednesday. The program is free of charge and no booking is required, making it easy to drop in whenever it suits your schedule.

The sessions are held weekly from early February through to December, offering plenty of opportunities to attend regularly or pop in occasionally.
