What to Expect
Kick off the new school year with enthusiasm and confidence by joining these fun and interactive workshops designed especially for children. The Strength Heroes sessions focus on nurturing creativity, growth mindset, and self-esteem through art and play. Your child will enjoy hands-on activities that promote positive psychology principles, helping them develop important life skills.
Parents and carers will also receive a free worksheet packed with activities to support a smooth transition back to school, making this a valuable experience for the whole family. These workshops encourage children to express gratitude and recognize their strengths in a supportive community environment.
