The festival runs over three days from Tuesday 16 June to Thursday 18 June 2026, with three sessions daily:
- Session 1: 09:00 - 10:30
- Session 2: 10:30 - 12:00
- Session 3: 13:00 - 14:30
Each session features performances by different school bands from the Greater Western Sydney area. Tickets cost $20 per person, with students paying $10 and teachers admitted free.
The event is suitable for children in Year 3 through Year 12, making it a perfect outing for school-aged families looking to encourage their children's musical interests.
The festival takes place at Riverside Theatres, located at the corner of Church and Market Streets, Parramatta. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and offers assistive hearing systems and companion card acceptance.

The festival offers a free family pass to the GWS Giants Game on 20 June for the first 300 ticket bookers who opt in to receive emails, with discounts available thereafter.
