Enjoy special live cooking demonstrations featuring renowned chefs Manu and Clarissa Fieldel alongside pastry chef Anna Polyviou. Whether you want to relax with a craft beer, discover new wines, or learn cocktail-making techniques, there’s something for everyone.
Workshops include cheese and gin pairings, cocktail making, and cheese and wine pairings with expert guidance. The festival atmosphere is perfect for parents looking to unwind while their children explore new tastes and experiences.
The festival runs from 11:00 to 21:00 on Saturday, 31 October 2026, at Mascot Memorial Park. Workshops require advance booking and include:
- Cheese & Gin Pairing at 13:00, 16:00, and 18:00
- Cocktail Making Workshop at 14:00 and 17:00
- Cheese and Wine Pairing with Anna Polyviou at 15:00
Entry to the festival is free, but some workshops and special activities may have fees. The event features live music, cooking demonstrations, and plenty of opportunities to taste and purchase food and beverages.
Mascot Memorial Park, located at 149 Coward Street, Mascot NSW 2020, provides a mostly flat and accessible venue with grass and paved areas. There is limited seating, so bringing your own chair or picnic blanket is encouraged.
Accessible drop-off is available on Coward Street near the event entrance, though additional accessible parking is not provided. Small and medium-sized dogs on leashes are welcome.
Parking is limited and parking restrictions will be enforced. No road closures are planned for the event.
The event is smoke and vape free within the festival area, with fines for smoking near food stalls or playgrounds. Alcohol can only be purchased on site by those aged 18 and over, with responsible service in place. Bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.
Children and families are welcome, though the event is primarily designed for adults with alcohol consumption on site. Weather updates will be provided 12 to 24 hours before the event; severe weather may cause cancellation.
Council photographers and videographers may be present for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the photographer.
Entry to the festival is free for all attendees. Workshops and special experiences require advance booking and may have associated costs.
