You’ll be provided with all the necessary tools and equipment for planting, so there’s no need to bring anything except your enthusiasm. Enjoy a light morning tea and connect with others who care about preserving nature.

The planting day runs from 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The event has a maximum capacity of 25 participants to ensure a quality experience for everyone involved.
Please bring a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, closed-in shoes, and clothes suitable for outdoor work and potentially getting dirty. Gardening gloves are also recommended to protect your hands.

The planting will take place at Bennett Brook Corridor in Caversham, a lovely natural area that benefits greatly from community care and native planting efforts. Directions can be obtained through local maps or by contacting the organizers.
The site is outdoors and accessible by car, with parking nearby. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor terrain.
