What to Expect
Experience a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect at the Brunswick Community Wellness Gathering. This free event is designed to support mental wellbeing through a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where everyone is accepted just as they are.
Throughout the afternoon, local facilitators and community practitioners will guide accessible sessions such as yin yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, and a closing sound journey. The atrium will also offer a relaxed drop-in space featuring community stalls, shared art experiences, and quiet areas for rest and reflection.
The day opens with a Welcome to Country by Wurundjeri Elder Uncle Colin Hunter, honoring connection to Country, culture, and community. Participants can choose to join up to two sessions or simply spend time in the space in a way that feels right, whether that’s engaging in activities, connecting with others, or sitting quietly.
