The event runs every Friday near the Garden's Japanese Tea House, just west of the Rose Garden. Sessions start promptly at 10:00 am and last approximately 45 minutes.

In the event of bad weather, the location may move to the Towri Centre deck or the event may be cancelled, with updates posted on the Wollongong Botanic Garden Facebook page.
