This engaging two-day workshop is designed for anyone considering self-employment or looking to grow their existing business. Whether you're a sole trader, a side hustler testing your business idea, or an established local business owner, this workshop will provide practical tools to develop a clear and actionable business plan.
You will have the opportunity to network with peers and advisors, gaining valuable insights and support to help your business thrive. The workshop also offers optional one-on-one coaching from day two, subject to eligibility, to further assist your business journey.
The workshop runs over two full days, from 8:45am to 3:30pm on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 March 2026. It is hosted by Greater Dandenong City Council in partnership with Transcend Services as part of the Self Employment Assistance Program, funded by the Federal Government.
Participants will:
