What to Expect
Unleash your child's creativity with a fun and engaging card craft workshop designed especially for kids aged 6 to 9 years. This activity invites children and their families or carers to explore the magic of pop-up images and 3D effects, creating fabulous greeting cards for special people in their lives. Activity Details
The card craft workshops are scheduled as follows:
- Artarmon Library: Tuesday, 2026-07-04, 15:00 to 16:00
- Castle Cove Library: Wednesday, 2026-07-12, 14:00 to 15:00
- Northbridge Library: Tuesday, 2026-07-04, 11:30 to 12:30
- West Chatswood Library: Thursday, 2026-07-13, 11:30 to 12:30
Each session requires registration, which can be completed online. Children under 11 must be supervised by an adult over 18, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
The event follows NSW Health guidelines to maintain community and staff safety.
Location and Access
The workshops take place at four different library branches within the Willoughby City Council area: Artarmon Library, Castle Cove Library, Northbridge Library, and West Chatswood Library. Each venue is accessible and family-friendly, providing a welcoming atmosphere for children and carers.
Please note that Castle Cove Library is temporarily closed due to flooding, but the workshop there is still scheduled, so check for updates or alternative arrangements.
Parking and public transport options are available near each library, making it easy to attend.
Important Information
Children must be supervised at all times by someone aged over 18. The event may be filmed or photographed, with images potentially used in council publications and social media. If you prefer your child’s image not to be used, please inform the staff before the event.
Participants are encouraged to read the library’s Conditions of Entry and Unaccompanied Children guidelines prior to attending.
