The group is facilitated by Sheila, a lived experience Peer Facilitator, ensuring a supportive and understanding atmosphere. It’s a perfect opportunity to carve out some much-needed "me time" while engaging in a calming and creative activity.
Whether you're an experienced crafter or just looking to try something new, this group offers a gentle, social space to enjoy your hobby and meet others.
The group meets fortnightly for six sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours from 12:00 to 13:30. Sessions start on Thursday 27 August 2026 and continue through to 19 November 2026. Each meeting encourages participants to bring their own craft materials and enjoy a relaxed, informal gathering.
This event is exclusively for residents of South West Queensland who are registered with Carer Gateway. Assistance with registration is available, ensuring everyone eligible can participate.
