The retreat spans two nights with shared accommodation that fosters a cozy, sleepover atmosphere. Daily yoga sessions are led by a qualified instructor with mats provided. Meals cater to various dietary preferences including vegan and vegetarian options. The highlight is a fantasy murder mystery evening where guests dress up and take on intriguing roles.
