What to Expect
Cetacean Sisters offers an engaging and interactive five-session workshop series designed specifically for secondary school girls with a curiosity about marine science and future STEM opportunities. Participants will dive into the fascinating world of whales and dolphins found in Victorian waters, gaining hands-on experience with real-world cetacean science activities.
The workshops foster a supportive small-group environment where students can connect with peers who share their interests. Led by a local cetacean scientist and marine science colleagues, the sessions provide valuable mentoring and insights into STEM career pathways.
Students will also benefit from ongoing support, including 12 months of free access to the Circle Community app, helping to sustain their learning and engagement beyond the workshops.
