Activity Details
The sessions run on Fridays from 10:00 to 10:45 AM, with upcoming dates on 27 March, 10 April, and 24 April 2026. Each class lasts 45 minutes, providing a gentle yet effective workout.
No previous dance experience is needed, and no partner is required, making it accessible for all seniors and adults.
Bookings are required as spaces are limited, so early registration is recommended to secure your spot.
