Building a strong, inclusive community requires the voices and efforts of everyone involved. This free workshop invites parents and community members to engage in meaningful conversations that help shape a shared roadmap for social cohesion in the Central Coast region.
This interactive workshop offers a unique opportunity to listen, learn, and co-design solutions with local leaders, service providers, and fellow community members. Participants will explore local experiences, discuss challenges related to racism, and contribute ideas to foster a welcoming and united community.
The event takes place on Thursday, 28 May 2026, with two session options to choose from: an afternoon session from 13:00 to 15:30, including afternoon tea, or an evening session from 17:30 to 20:00, with an evening meal provided. Registration is essential to attend.
The workshop is held at The Hub Erina Entertainment Venue, located at 2 North South Road, Erina Fair, Erina NSW 2250. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring accessible toilets and parking throughout the Erina Fair complex, ensuring ease of access for all attendees.
This event is proudly funded by the NSW Government through the NSW Social Cohesion Grants for Local Government. It is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, encouraging participation from diverse community members, including faith and cultural leaders, educators, and service providers.
Attendance is free of charge, but places are limited and registration is required. Choose your preferred session when registering to secure your spot and enjoy provided refreshments or meals depending on the session selected.
