What to Expect
Step back into the vibrant 1970s with your child in this creative workshop led by artist and teacher Yasmin Gaté née del Mar. Children will dive into the world of fashion design, drawing inspiration from iconic flared pants, vests, and graphic prints. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to express themselves through colour, pattern, and mixed materials.
The workshop encourages imagination and self-expression while introducing basic fashion design concepts. Each child’s creation will contribute to a lively collaborative display featured in the exhibition, making their work part of a shared artistic experience.
Suitable for children aged 6 to 10, this workshop requires a parent or carer to accompany the child, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
