What to Expect
Unleash your creativity in this engaging three-part mosaic workshop series designed for beginners and those wanting to refresh their skills. Guided by mosaic artist Angela Biermann, you will create your own unique small mosaic bench measuring 44cm long by 20cm wide. This workshop offers a relaxed and supportive environment perfect for exploring your artistic side while connecting with the community.
Each session builds on the last, allowing you to develop your mosaic techniques and complete your bench with confidence. Whether you are looking for a new hobby or a creative outlet, this series promises fun, learning, and a beautiful finished piece to take home.
Activity Details
The workshop runs over three Wednesdays: 18 March, 25 March, and 1 April 2026, from 10:00 to 12:30 each day. Closed-toe shoes are compulsory for participation, and practical old clothes are recommended due to the hands-on nature of the activities. All materials are included in the ticket price, so you only need to bring your enthusiasm and creativity.
This series is held at the Torrens Valley Community Centre, providing a welcoming space with all necessary facilities. The workshop is suitable for adults and parents looking for a creative activity that fits into a busy schedule.

The workshop takes place at 45 Albert St, Gumeracha SA 5233, Australia, within the Torrens Valley Community Centre. Parking is available around the community hub, including electric charging stations and disabled parking spaces. The centre is wheelchair accessible with ramps and disabled toilets.
The community centre is part of a larger hub including the Gumeracha Town Hall and library, making it a convenient and accessible location. Participants are encouraged to plan for cooler weather and bring a torch or phone light if attending evening events in the area.
