What to Expect
Curious Kids is a fun and engaging STEAM program designed for primary school aged children who love to solve problems, enjoy challenges, and get creative. Held at the Beaudesert Public Library, this weekly event encourages young minds to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics in a supportive environment.
Children will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities that stimulate curiosity and foster learning through play. The program is perfect for parents looking to enrich their children’s after-school routine with educational fun.
Parents and carers are encouraged to stay and supervise their children throughout the session to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Activity Details
The program runs every Tuesday during term time from 15:30 to 16:30. Each session offers a new challenge or creative project that aligns with STEAM principles, helping children develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
The activities are suitable for primary school aged children and are designed to be interactive and inclusive, promoting social interaction and teamwork.
Please note that children under 10 must be within sight of a responsible adult at all times, and parents should communicate any preferences regarding their child’s participation and interaction with others.
