Cycling Without Age operates every Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, with additional rides every second Tuesday and Saturday. The rides typically last about two hours, from 09:30 to 11:30.
Booking ahead is recommended to secure your preferred day and time. The service is completely free, making it accessible for all seniors interested in participating.
Volunteers provide the pedaling power, so you can relax and enjoy the ride without any physical exertion.
The rides depart from Woodbridge Riverside Park, located on First Ave, Woodbridge. This picturesque park offers easy access and a safe environment for leisurely cycling.
