What to Expect

Activity Details
The bus departs from Noble Park Aquatic Centre at 8:30 and returns by 3:00 pm, ensuring a full day of adventure without the stress of driving. Participants can purchase lunch at the zoo café or bring their own picnic to enjoy in the scenic surroundings.
Admission prices are $55 for adults and $49 for seniors, with an additional transport cost of $24 (including GST). Booking is essential and opens on Tuesday 20 January at 9 am, with limited seats available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Location and Access
The trip starts and ends at Noble Park Aquatic Centre, located at 9 Memorial Drive, Noble Park. Parking is free and available all day at the aquatic centre, making it convenient for participants who prefer to drive.
The Melbourne Zoo is easily accessible by bus, and the venue accommodates mobility aids to ensure everyone can enjoy the exhibits comfortably.
Important Information
Participants must be residents of the City of Greater Dandenong and registered users of the Community Transport Service. Only one trip per month is allowed per participant.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, and bookings are accepted by phone only. The Positive Ageing Team can be contacted for enquiries and bookings.
