What to Expect
Discover the inspiring stories and remarkable contributions of older women in your community through The Biscuit Tin Project. This session warmly welcomes women aged 65 and over to engage in meaningful discussions about respect and recognition.
You will have the opportunity to learn about how older women have shaped leadership, academia, family, and community life. The session encourages sharing experiences and celebrating achievements in a supportive environment.
Interpreters will be available to ensure everyone can participate fully. Morning tea will be provided to enjoy during the event.
Activity Details
This information session is designed specifically for women aged 65 and over residing in the City of Greater Dandenong. It will be held on Tuesday, 24 March 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00.
The session includes opportunities for discussion about the importance of respecting older women and recognizing their diverse roles in society. It is wheelchair accessible and mobility aids are accommodated.

Location and Access
The event takes place in The Supper Room at Springvale Town Hall, located at 5 Hillcrest Grove, Springvale.
Parking is available at both Springvale Town Hall and Springvale Library. Please note that transportation is not provided for this event.
The venue is wheelchair-friendly, ensuring comfortable access for all attendees.

Participants must be residents of the City of Greater Dandenong to attend.
