This summer, Dandenong & District Aborigines Cooperative and headspace have teamed up to offer an exciting and free holiday program for First Nations youth aged 12 to 18. The program is designed to connect young people with their culture, friends, and wellbeing through engaging and creative activities.
What to Expect
Participants can look forward to a vibrant Cultural Art Workshop hosted by Baluk Arts at the Frankston Arts Centre, followed by a fun Bowling & Entertainment session open to the general public. Both events promise a welcoming atmosphere where youth can celebrate culture, express creativity, and enjoy time with peers. Lunch will be provided, so all you need to bring is your energy and enthusiasm!

- Cultural Art Workshop with Baluk Arts: Thursday, 15 January 2026, 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Frankston Arts Centre.
- Bowling & Entertainment: Tuesday, 20 January 2026, 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM at a general public venue in Frankston.

The Cultural Art Workshop will take place at the Frankston Arts Centre located at 27-37 Davey Street, Frankston 3199. The Bowling & Entertainment event will be held at 16-22 Playne Street, Frankston 3199. Both venues are accessible and conveniently located within Frankston, making it easy for families to attend.
