You will develop practical skills to navigate end-of-life discussions and understand the importance of legal documents like Advanced Health Directives. This is part three of a four-week series designed to build death and grief literacy.

Activity Details
The workshop covers the essentials of advance healthcare planning, focusing on how to create an Advance Health Directive (AHD). You'll learn what this document entails and how it reflects your health and personal care goals.
This session is hands-on and suitable for adults aged 18 and over. It is recommended to attend all four workshops for the full experience, but any session will provide valuable knowledge.
Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is essential. Photography and videography may be used for promotional purposes by the City of Swan.
