Across four weekly workshops, you will explore themes such as grief and loss, Advance Health Directives, and how to create a meaningful legacy. The sessions encourage open conversation and provide supportive tools for navigating these important life topics.
This program is suitable for adults aged 18 and over and is designed to be hands-on and engaging, offering a safe space to learn and share.
Activity Details
The series runs weekly on Wednesdays from September 16 to October 7, 2026, with each session held from 18:00 to 20:00. You must attend all four sessions to participate fully.
