This engaging workshop invites adults to deepen their understanding of dementia and how to support those living with it with dignity and respect. Led by Samgiita, a passionate Dementia Doula, the session offers valuable insights into maintaining quality of life even as memory declines.
The event is designed for adults aged 18 and over and focuses on compassionate care and support strategies rather than hands-on activities. It provides a safe space for learning and reflection.
Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is essential. Please note that photography and videography may occur for promotional purposes.
The workshop runs for 1.5 hours, starting at 10:00 AM and concluding at 11:30 AM on Monday, July 6, 2026. It is free to attend and held at the Beechboro Library.
