What to Expect
This engaging workshop is designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in emergencies. Many hesitate to act because they are unsure how the device works or fear making mistakes. This session aims to change that by providing clear, supportive guidance.
You'll learn when and why to use an AED, see simple step-by-step demonstrations, and have the chance to practice using the device in a safe, relaxed environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to break down fear and hesitation so you can act confidently if the need arises.
AEDs are made for everyday people, not just medical professionals. With the right knowledge and reassurance, anyone can save a life. This workshop is about awareness, empowerment, and making our community safer together.
