Activity Details
The event features a four-course menu with dishes such as Coffin Bay oysters prepared two ways, scallop ceviche with tropical coconut and finger lime, a fresh snapper slider with sweet chilli and lemon myrtle, and a comforting dessert of caramelised banana with native honey and macadamia.
Each course is crafted from scratch using ingredients sourced from local producers including My Dilly Bag, Daniel Street Seafood, and Mooloolaba Fisheries, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
The experience lasts two hours, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, providing a leisurely pace to enjoy the food, scenery, and company.
