Drop in, stay and play at Council’s long day care centre in Croydon at our early learning open day. This event offers a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to explore the centre, meet the team, and learn about the quality care and educational programs available.
Enjoy a relaxed morning where your child can explore the play-based learning environment while you chat with staff about enrolment options and the centre’s community-minded approach. There’s no need to book, simply drop in anytime between 10am and 12 noon.

The event is held at Maroondah Occasional Care within the Croydon Community Hub, located at 7 Civic Square, Croydon 3136. Free parking is available across the road at Civic Square Shopping Centre. Maroondah Occasional Care provides permanent and casual childcare for children aged 6 weeks (post first immunisation) up to 5 years. New vacancies are available for 2026 with enrolments open ahead of reopening on 28 January 2026. Staff are available during January business hours to answer enquiries.
