This captivating story dance features 44 male dancers accompanied by 8 singers and musicians, showcasing traditional headdresses carved from hibiscus wood. It is a rare opportunity to witness this dance performed outside of Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait Islands).
The performance is part of the Task Eternal exhibition, celebrating Indigenous heritage and storytelling through art and dance. It offers a meaningful connection to the ancestral lands and culture of the Torres Strait Islander people.
