Accompanying the demonstration is the debut screening of Family DINEasties, a new series celebrating longstanding family-run eateries across Western Sydney. The series highlights Chinese, Southeast Asian, and Korean culinary cultures with contributions from chef Kylie Kwong AM and food content creator Kevin La.
Recommended for ages 12 and up, with under 16s requiring a participating adult. This event promises a warm, cultural, and tasty experience for families and food lovers alike.
