There’s something to do here for every type of dad, from BBQs in one of our reserves or exploring local history to adventuring through our stunning natural environment or freestyling around the bowl at Capella Skate Park and Hallett Cove. And if your dad is a combination of these dads, then lucky for him, there are many adventures to be had in the City of Marion.
Enjoy a day tailored to your dad’s interests, whether he’s a BBQ master, a thrill-seeker, a beach lover, or a history buff. Explore beautiful parks with BBQ facilities, take on mountain biking trails, stroll along scenic coastal walkways, or immerse yourselves in local heritage and arts. The City of Marion offers a diverse range of activities to ensure a memorable Father’s Day for the whole family.
- BBQ lovers can visit parks like the newly upgraded Hugh Johnson Boulevard Reserve with great facilities for a family cookout.
