Fearless and Free is a welcoming and empowering program designed specifically for women looking to build confidence and connect with others. Each session offers a blend of reflection, creativity, discussion, and hands-on activities that nurture personal growth and wellbeing.
Participants will explore key themes such as identity, leadership, wellbeing, creativity, and community solidarity in a supportive environment. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with like-minded women and develop skills that enhance everyday life.
The sessions encourage ongoing participation to foster trust and a sense of shared growth among attendees.
The program runs fortnightly on Fridays from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Beaudesert Public Library. Each session focuses on different themes including:
- Identity & self-worth: exploring strengths, values, and personal narratives
- Leadership & voice: communication, assertiveness, and public speaking
- Wellbeing & resilience: stress management, boundaries, and emotional literacy
- Creativity & expression: art, writing, and storytelling
- Community & solidarity: shared experiences and mutual support
This series is open to women of all backgrounds and aims to support personal agency and wellbeing through engaging activities.
The sessions take place at Beaudesert Public Library, located at 58 Brisbane St, Beaudesert QLD 4285. The library is easily accessible and provides a comfortable, safe space for women to gather and participate.
Parking and public transport options are available nearby, making it convenient for attendees from the local community and surrounding areas.
Participants are encouraged to attend regularly to build connections and fully benefit from the program. The sessions are designed to be inclusive and supportive, welcoming women from diverse backgrounds.
Materials for creative activities will be provided, but attendees can bring personal items if desired. The program promotes a respectful and confidential environment.
