Let your child's creativity take flight with this delightful feathered friends craft activity. Using colourful craft supplies and their imagination, children will create their own unique bird art. This event is perfect for primary school-aged children, providing a fun and engaging way to spend the school holidays.
The sessions are designed to be interactive and hands-on, encouraging children to explore their artistic side while making new friends. Guardians are welcome to stay nearby, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
The craft sessions run on multiple dates and locations throughout the school holidays:
- Monday 21 September, 11:00 to 12:00 at Kew Court House
- Tuesday 22 September, 14:00 to 15:00 at Hawthorn Library
- Tuesday 29 September, 14:00 to 15:00 at Balwyn Library
- Wednesday 30 September, 14:00 to 15:00 at Camberwell Library
- Friday 2 October, 14:00 to 15:00 at Ashburton Library
Each child must have a booked ticket to participate. Please arrive on time as late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may not be admitted. Bookings are limited to ensure a quality experience.
The events take place at various library venues across Boroondara:

All locations are accessible by public transport and have facilities suitable for children and guardians. Parking and access details can be found on the respective library websites.
Please book tickets for each child attending to secure your spot. Guardians must remain in the vicinity of the library during the activity for supervision purposes.
If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking to allow other families to participate. The event is free of charge.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in denied entry to maintain the schedule and experience for all participants.
