Activity Details
Sessions start at 6:15am with time to settle in and leave your belongings safely inside. Meditation begins at 6:30am on the beach, followed by a mobility flow with breathwork at 6:40am inside the club. At 7:20am, participants take a dip in the water, and by 7:30am, the group heads out for coffee and social time.
No prior experience is necessary as all meditation and breathwork are guided. Bring your yoga mat, towel, swimmers, water bottle, and wear comfortable layered gym clothes to adapt to the morning chill.
