Activity Details
- Arrive by 6:15 AM to settle in and prepare your space.
- Begin at 6:30 AM with silent meditation on the beach.
- Follow with a mobility-focused yoga flow inside at 6:40 AM, incorporating breathwork.
- At 7:20 AM, take a dip in the water to invigorate your body.
- Wrap up by 7:30 AM and head for coffee and community time.
Bring your yoga mat, towel, swimmers, water bottle, and a positive attitude. Dress comfortably in layered gym clothes to adapt to the morning chill.
