This engaging online session offers a supportive space to explore normal emotional and physical responses to traumatic events. Facilitated by Nicole Sadler, CEO of Phoenix Australia, you will gain practical tips to manage distress and difficult emotions effectively.
You will also learn strategies to care for yourself and others during challenging times, enhancing your resilience and wellbeing.
Additionally, the session provides valuable information about support services available from Legal Aid NSW, Royal Commission Legal Services, and other community organizations.
