Discover the fascinating culture behind Chinese dumplings in this hands-on workshop led by Jane Jin. You'll learn how to wrap and fold your very first Jiaozi, a beloved traditional Chinese dumpling.
Enjoy making your own lunch as you try dumplings prepared in three delicious ways: fried, boiled, and steamed. This immersive experience is perfect for adults and enthusiastic young cooks aged 13 and up who are accompanied by an adult.
Bring your own apron and prepare for a fun, interactive session that will leave you with new culinary skills and tasty treats to enjoy.
This workshop is designed primarily for adults but welcomes keen future cooks aged 13+ with adult supervision. Please note that dietary requirements cannot be accommodated for this event.

Events may also be cancelled on Extreme 2 (75+) Fire Danger Rating days, specifically affecting the Gumeracha Library.
In case of cancellation, payments will be reimbursed or the event rescheduled to a later date.
