Ensure your little ones travel safely with our free Child Car Seat Safety Check clinics. These sessions are designed to give parents peace of mind by ensuring car seats and booster seats are installed correctly by authorised restraint fitters.
At each clinic, you can have your child’s car seat inspected for safety and proper installation. The authorised fitters will provide expert advice and make any necessary adjustments to keep your child secure on every journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about car seat safety and ask any questions you may have.
The clinics are held six times throughout the year, each running from 10:00 to 14:00. The dates are:

All clinics take place at Cintra Park Netball Courts Car Park, accessible via Crane Street. This convenient location offers easy parking and is family-friendly, making it simple to bring your children along for the safety check.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth process. The service is free, but booking is required. These clinics are run by authorised restraint fitters who are experts in child car seat safety, so you can trust the advice and adjustments provided.
This is a free service provided by the City of Canada Bay Council. To book your appointment, please use the online booking link provided by the council. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
