Discover the calming practice of meditation in this free four-week series designed to bring peace and joy to your life. Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, these guided sessions will help you silence your mind and relax.
Each class offers a supportive group environment where meditation becomes easier and more enjoyable. You will explore a variety of techniques including breathing exercises, guided visualization, mantra chanting, music, concentration, and insights into eastern philosophy.
The sessions are suitable for all ages, making it a wonderful opportunity for families or individuals seeking mindfulness and mental clarity.
The meditation classes are held every Thursday evening starting from 5 March 2026, running for four consecutive weeks. Each session begins at 19:30 and concludes at 21:00.
The course is hosted by The Sri Chinmoy Centre and is completely free of charge. Chairs are provided for comfort during meditation.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions as the course is structured as a continuation series, building on each week’s practice.
Classes take place at AH Bracks Library, Room 2, located at 431 Canning Highway, Melville WA 6157. The venue is easily accessible with parking available on site.
